Mosaic Life Care is seeking a Senior Business Applications Analyst III – ERP to act as a senior SME for Oracle Fusion ERP SCM. The role leads cross-functional initiatives, trains and mentors peers, and partners with business and IT to optimize ERP systems and processes.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of ERP experience, Oracle Fusion Cloud expertise, and a background in healthcare supply chain. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in ERP systems or functional business systems with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud application design, configuration, testing, and support.
• Hospital or health system supply chain experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP design, configuration, testing and implementation for SCM.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Collaborate with functional departments and IT to align ERP with enterprise goals.
• Identify opportunities for ERP and SCM process and performance improvement.
• Deliver tasks within project scope and departmental guidelines.
• Document current and future needs through interviews and data gathering.
