Beacon Health System is seeking a Systems Analyst II with Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM and application support expertise. The role reports to the Application Manager and focuses on coordinating computer applications within defined support areas, participating in project planning, implementation, and ongoing support for end-user departments.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot, train end-users, ensure system security, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining documentation and standards

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IS, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in a related support area.
• Configuration and maintenance of Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM is required.
• Experience migrating from PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion is a must.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate responsibilities and projects for defined support areas for computer applications, including tasks and troubleshooting.
• Participates in project planning, implementation, and support.
• Liaises with end-user departments and vendors to implement solutions.
• Contributes to testing, documenting problems, and conveying information to IT staff.
• Maintain documentation and follow established standards and procedures.
