Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP development experience, with at least 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Strong accounting fundamentals across GL, AP, AR, subledger, and procure-to-pay processes.
• Proficiency with FBDI, ADFdi, OTBI, BI Publisher, SQL, and PL/SQL; Oracle Integration Cloud preferred.
• Experience building REST/SOAP integrations, data conversions, and cloud ERP customizations; Workday Financials experience preferred.
• Clear communication with technical and finance stakeholders; Agile/Scrum and Oracle/Workday certifications a plus.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance solutions across GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and procure-to-pay.
• Resolve month-end and year-end close issues, including journal posting errors and trial balance discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement lasting fixes.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP web services, FBDI, ADFdi, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Develop financial reporting in OTBI and BI Publisher for finance stakeholders.
• Support Workday Financials planning and design as the program advances.
