Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking an experienced ERP Support Specialist in Durham, NC to provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion ERP Finance, covering GL, AP, Asset Management, and Travel & Expense. The role involves diagnosing issues, configuring setups, and collaborating with Oracle Support to ensure seamless operations.

The candidate will design and implement integrations using OIC and ATP, customize workflows and reports with OTBI and PL/SQL, and lead quarterly patch analysis and testing.

Qualifications

• Provide L2/L3 ERP support for Oracle Fusion ERP Finance (GL, AP, Asset Mgmt, T&E).
• Diagnose and resolve system issues; verify configurations; coordinate with Oracle Support.
• Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and ATP.
• Customize financial workflows, reports and dashboards using OTBI and PL/SQL.
• Analyze quarterly Oracle patches and create test plans.

Responsibilities

• 10+ years' ERP support with 5+ years in Oracle Fusion ERP modules (GL, AP, Asset Mgmt, T&E).
• Strong process knowledge in GL, AP, Asset Mgmt, Travel & Expense.
• Collaborate with business users to troubleshoot issues and align IT with business needs.
• Expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, and OTBI reporting.
• Experience testing quarterly patches and creating test plans.
• Hands-on experience building integrations using OIC and ATP.
• Oracle cert in financial modules is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Experience in Offshore Onsite coordination and handoff.

Role Descriptions: Key Job Responsibilities

• ERP Support: Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion ERP Finance, focusing on General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset Management, and Travel & Expense.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve system issues, verify Oracle configurations, and collaborate with Oracle Support when needed.
• Integration Development: Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP).
• Customization & Reporting: Modify and create custom financial workflows, reports, and dashboards using Oracle Fusion tools, including OTBI and PL/SQL.
• Patch Management: Analyze and test quarterly Oracle patches to ensure smooth upgrades and functionality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business users to understand and address system-related issues and ensure alignment with business needs.

Onsite resource requirements

• Min 10 year of experience in supporting ERP Financial system with at least 5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion ERP modules (GL, AP, Asset Management, T&E).
• Strong business process knowledge in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset Management, Travel and Expense modules in Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Experience working closely with Business to understand and troubleshoot issues.
• Strong expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, and developing OTBI reports.
• Experience analyzing quarterly Oracle patches and creating detailed test plans for testing in Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Hands-on experience building integrations using OIC and ATP.
• Oracle certification in financial modules is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
