Job summary

The Allen Institute is seeking a Sr. Oracle ERP Systems Analyst in Seattle, WA to lead and support Oracle Fusion ERP implementations and enhancements across GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 5 years of Finance or Finance-adjacent experience.
• 5 years of Oracle Fusion/ERP Cloud or E-Business Suite experience (GL, AR, AP, FA, etc).
• 5 years of process documentation and process improvement implementation.
• MS Office 365 Advanced incl. SharePoint/Teams.
• Oracle ERP systems and functionality implementation experience.
• Understand ERP module setup, workflows, and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion ERP (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management).
• Provide production support for Finance systems functionality.
• Propose process improvements and align with best practices.
• Document end-to-end finance business processes.
