Job summary

ALO seeks a Senior Manager of Business Analysis to lead strategy, delivery, and ongoing optimization of ERP and finance systems, focusing on Oracle Fusion and related processes.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Business Analysis, you will manage a team of analysts, coordinate internal resources, and partner with executives to balance transformation with controls and stability. This role emphasizes strong finance-process knowledge and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in business analysis, ERP delivery, or finance transformation.
• 3+ years leading teams or programs in a complex setting.
• Experience delivering major ERP platforms and financial apps.
• Strong accounting/finance process knowledge across GL, AP, AR, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year Oracle Fusion and finance-application roadmap.
• Partner with Finance leadership to translate goals into capabilities and outcomes.
• Lead Oracle Fusion delivery from discovery through stabilization and optimization.
• Provide program direction across requirements, data conversion, testing, and go-live.
• Hire, coach, and develop business analysts; build capability plans.
