Job summary

Sierra-Cedar is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional Lead/Sr. Consultant to implement Oracle Cloud HCM modules for Higher Education clients, including Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, OTL, Payroll, and Recruiting Cloud.

You will perform hands-on configuration, fit-gap analyses, data mapping, reporting, and interfaces, guiding delivery while potentially leading project workstreams. Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a huge plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, OTL, Payroll, Recruiting Cloud) is preferred.
• Experience in Higher Education implementations is strongly desired.
• Willingness to travel ~30% to client sites nationwide; remote work from home within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute hands-on in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementations.
• Perform fit-gap analysis, data mapping, and interface development.
• Configure modules, develop reports, and support milestones.
• Collaborate with client teams to ensure successful delivery.
