Job summary

Sierra-Cedar is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional Lead/Sr. Consultant to join our Higher Ed practice.

You will implement Oracle Cloud HCM modules across Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, OTL, Payroll and Recruiting Cloud for colleges and universities, leveraging higher ed know-how to maximize client value. The role is hands-on with deliverables, including fit-gap analysis, data mapping, reporting, interfaces, and module configuration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in a related field.
• Familiarity with Higher Education issues and Oracle products used there.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a huge plus.
• Willingness to travel ~30% to client sites nationwide and remote work from home in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Drive deliverables across Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Perform fit-gap analysis, data mapping, and report/interface development.
• Configure Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, OTL, Payroll, and Recruiting Cloud modules.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams; may lead a project team.

Job description

Our Higher Ed practice is looking for a motivated and experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional Lead/Sr. Consultant with experience in one or more of the following Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules: Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, OTL, Payroll and Oracle Recruiting Cloud . Implementation experience in the Higher Education field (such as within a College or University) is strongly desired and may be required.

Sierra-Cedar helps Higher Education institutions – more than 350 of them – with the implementation of Oracle software. Our business-savvy Consultants are responsible for implementing Oracle Cloud HCM and maximizing the benefit of the Oracle software in which the client has invested.

You may or may not lead an actual team on a project, but in either case, this functional role will always be hands-on on driving deliverables, fit-gap analysis, data mapping, developing reports and interfaces, configuring the modules, and more!

Our ideal Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant has a Bachelor’s Degree, close familiarity with Higher Education issues, some knowledge of Oracle products used by Higher Education institutions, and a desire to become part of a Higher Education-focused team within Sierra-Cedar. Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a huge plus!

This position requires approximately 30% travel to client sites (nationwide) as well as remote work from your home office within the United States only – International locations will not be considered. This full-time role may include working occasional nights and weekends to support project milestones.
