Job summary

Sierra-Cedar is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional Lead/Sr. Consultant to join our Higher Ed practice.

You will implement Oracle Cloud HCM modules across Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, OTL, Payroll and Recruiting Cloud for colleges and universities, leveraging higher ed know-how to maximize client value. The role is hands-on with deliverables, including fit-gap analysis, data mapping, reporting, interfaces, and module configuration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in a related field.
• Familiarity with Higher Education issues and Oracle products used there.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a huge plus.
• Willingness to travel ~30% to client sites nationwide and remote work from home in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Drive deliverables across Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Perform fit-gap analysis, data mapping, and report/interface development.
• Configure Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, OTL, Payroll, and Recruiting Cloud modules.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams; may lead a project team.
