Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking an experienced Oracle Developer to support and extend an enterprise Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM environment. The role involves hands-on development, configuration, integrations, reporting, and ongoing application support for a growing cloud-based IT landscape.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Oracle development, strong business-IT collaboration, and proven ability to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Oracle Developer experience supporting enterprise application development, systems analysis, or a related discipline.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Benefits, and/or Security configurations, extensions, or integrations.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise implementations, acquisitions, and/or major platform transitions is highly desired.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Transcripts will be required.
• Local to the Buffalo area or willing to relocate upon hire.
• Legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and related applications.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations, extensions, reports, and data extracts.
• Support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Work with data engineers and application architects to align solutions with enterprise standards.
• Troubleshoot application issues and help maintain system reliability.
• Participate in system testing, UAT, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Document configurations, integrations, and technical designs.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and implementation partners for knowledge transfer and long-term support.
