Job summary

Top Echelon LLC is seeking an experienced Oracle Developer to support Fusion Cloud HCM in a growing cloud environment. This hands-on role involves development, configuration, integrations, reporting, data activities, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support across business and IT teams.

Candidates should have 5+ years working with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (HR, Payroll, Talent, Benefits) and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

5+ years of Oracle Developer experience in enterprise applications.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent, and Benefits.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Experience with integrations, reporting, and data activities.

Responsibilities

Configure, develop, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and related applications.
Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain integrations, extensions, reports, and data extracts.
Support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Document configurations, integrations, and technical designs.
Work with vendors and partners for knowledge transfer and long-term support.
