Ladders is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud Developer to join a leader in the Business Services space. This remote US-based role focuses on building and supporting enterprise cloud solutions that connect business processes, data, and reporting across the organization.

Responsibilities include translating business needs into scalable designs, developing Fusion Cloud solutions with integrations and reports, ensuring upgrade-safe customizations, and owning end-to-end data migration and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of IT experience with enterprise applications.
• 3+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud development.
• Experience in integrations, reporting, data migration, and incident investigation.
• Oracle certifications in OCI, OIC, Fusion Cloud Technical Specialist, or Autonomous Database.

For our client, we are seeking a Oracle Fusion Cloud Developer to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will focus on building and supporting enterprise cloud solutions that connect business processes, data, and reporting across the organization. You will translate business needs into scalable technical designs, with a strong emphasis on integrations, upgrade-safe customizations, and operational support. The position partners closely with functional stakeholders and external systems to ensure reliable data flows, accurate migration, and actionable reporting.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 annually
