Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years in Oracle consulting, service delivery, or technology leadership.
• Hands-on with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP/SCM/EPM) and AMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and operational management of Oracle Fusion Cloud and AMS engagements.
• Serve as primary client contact for service delivery, performance, escalations, and improvements.
• Build relationships with business and tech leaders; advise on Fusion optimization.
• Oversee production support, incident management, releases, and governance.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, satisfaction, and resource utilization.
• Lead governance meetings, executive reviews, and service performance discussions.
• Collaborate with Oracle teams to ensure timely issue resolution and quality delivery.
• Drive incident, problem, change, release, and service request processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
• Develop enhancement roadmaps and modernization strategies with clients.
