Masimo is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager, Oracle Fusion, to lead planning and execution of technical workstreams for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations. You will collaborate with IT, business functions, system integrators, and stakeholders to ensure successful data migration, testing, security, cutover, and deployment activities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience managing complex enterprise technology or ERP transformations.
• Experience delivering at least two full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations: integrations, data migration, testing, environments, security, cutover, deployment.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, system integrators, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Project management across scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of technical workstreams for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations, including integrations, data migration, testing, environments, security, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, resources, and delivery schedules, addressing risks and issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across IT, business stakeholders, system integrators, and Oracle resources to ensure timely execution.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and change controls for assigned technical workstreams.
• Lead SIT, end-to-end, performance, and security testing and support UAT, tracking defects to resolution.
• Coordinate Oracle Fusion environment management, release schedules, environment refreshes, code migrations, deployment activities, and production readiness.
• Develop and execute detailed cutover and go-live plans with readiness assessments and contingency planning.
• Provide technical governance, design reviews, status meetings, and executive updates; communicate progress and actions clearly.
