Job summary

Deloitte's Enterprise Performance team is seeking a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the Finance Transformation team. You will configure FCCS, draft ACFR narratives with Oracle Narrative Reporting, and collaborate with county finance, accounting, treasury, and external audit teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years supporting governmental accounting and ACFR preparation.
• 2+ years of GASB-based financial reporting experience.
• 2+ years using FCCS and Oracle Narrative Reporting.
• 2+ years performing reconciliations and resolving reporting discrepancies.
• Ability to travel up to 40% on average.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support FCCS to streamline consolidation, eliminations, roll-forwards, and financial statements.
• Use Oracle Narrative Reporting to draft and publish ACFR narratives, MD&A, footnotes and schedules.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, treasury, and external audit to gather data and resolve reporting issues.
• Map source data to ACFR presentation requirements and maintain report structures and templates.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities tied to ACFR deadlines.
• Document accounting policies, reporting assumptions, reconciliation logic, and process improvements.
