Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 2+ years supporting governmental accounting and ACFR preparation; 2+ years of GASB-based financial reporting and county fund structures; 2+ years using FCCS and Oracle Narrative Reporting; 2+ years performing reconciliations and resolving discrepancies; ability to travel up to 40%; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support FCCS for consolidation, eliminations, roll-forwards, and financial statement reporting.
• Draft, review, and publish ACFR narratives, MD&A, footnotes, and supporting schedules.
• Collaborate with county finance, accounting, treasury, and external audit stakeholders to gather data and validate balances.
• Map source data to ACFR presentation requirements; maintain report structures and workflows.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities tied to ACFR deadlines.
• Document accounting policies and reconciliation logic; contribute to process improvements.
