Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
2+ years of experience supporting governmental accounting and ACFR preparation.
2+ years of GASB-based financial reporting and county fund structures.
2+ years of using FCCS and Oracle Narrative Reporting.
2+ years of performing reconciliations, validating balances, and resolving reporting discrepancies.
Ability to travel up to 40% on average.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Configure and support FCCS to streamline consolidation, eliminations, roll-forwards, and financial statement reporting.
Use Oracle Narrative Reporting to draft, manage, review, and publish ACFR narratives, MD&A, footnotes, and supporting schedules.
Partner with county finance, accounting, treasury, and external audit stakeholders to gather data, validate balances, and resolve reporting exceptions.
Map source data to ACFR presentation requirements and maintain report structures, templates, and workflow configurations.
Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities tied to ACFR reporting deadlines.
Document accounting policies, reporting assumptions, reconciliation logic, audit support materials, and process improvements.
