Job Description

The ERP Senior Developer is responsible for making development modifications to the firm’s Oracle Cloud ERP system. The role involves maintaining knowledge across architectural tiers and providing guidance on system functionality and database relationships.

Job Duties

1. Manage day-to-day functions of the Oracle ERP system
2. Design and modify modules based on requirements
3. Provide Level IV support for Oracle Cloud ERP issues
4. Support specific applications as needed
5. Facilitate project requirement meetings
6. Coach team members on best practices
7. Develop strategic solutions to maintain system operation
8. Collaborate with IT, HR, and Finance teams to resolve issues
9. Analyze and resolve diverse technical issues
10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously
11. Partner with developers on complex issues and escalate when necessary
12. Consult with ERP management on support needs
13. Estimate project workloads and deadlines
14. Lead large IT projects as a technical expert
15. Participate in support and design meetings
16. Serve as secondary after-hours support

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in Computer Science preferred
• 7+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and support/enhancement work
• 7+ years with PL/SQL, SQL Server, or Oracle databases
• 5+ years leading large projects and development using Oracle
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, VBCS, FBDI, REST, and SOAP preferred
• Basic certifications in OCI, AWS, or Azure preferred
• Experience with BI Publisher, HCM Data Extracts, Fast Formulas, SQL
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and database optimization skills

Additional Information

Salary Range: $120,000 - $145,000 (varies by location and experience)
