Job Title: Oracle EBS Technical Consultant (Remote India Shift)

Location: Remote (India Shift: 9 AM 6 PM, Monday to Friday)

Job Type: Contract (6 Months with Possible Extension)

Notice Period: Candidates must resign from their current job to join. This is not a freelancing role.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Contract-Based: No PF deduction. Only 10% TDS Deduction
• Leave Policy: No paid leaves or paid holidays; all leaves will be treated as loss of pay.

Job Summary:

We are hiring an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant for a 6-month contract (extendable). The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12), specializing in PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, Forms, Reports, Interfaces, and Integrations. The role requires working remotely during India business hours (9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday).

Key Responsibilities:

Oracle EBS Development & Customization

• Design, develop, and customize Oracle EBS R12 applications.
• Develop PL/SQL packages, triggers, functions, and stored procedures.
• Customize Oracle Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher reports.
• Work with Oracle Workflow Builder and Business Events for automation.

Integrations & Interfaces

• Develop inbound and outbound interfaces using Oracle APIs, Web Services, and concurrent programs.
• Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or SOA Suite for third-party integrations.
• Perform data conversions, migrations, and performance tuning.

Support & Maintenance

• Provide technical support for Oracle EBS Financials, SCM, HRMS, and Procurement modules.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize SQL queries.
• Work closely with functional teams to resolve Oracle EBS issues.

Documentation & Best Practices

• Maintain technical documentation for developments and configurations.
• Follow Oracle AIM/OUM methodologies for development and implementation.

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Expertise:

• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant.
• Strong expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, and BI Publisher.
• Experience with interfaces, APIs, data conversions, and concurrent programs.
• Knowledge of OAF (Oracle Application Framework) and Unix Shell Scripting is a plus.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or SOA Suite is desirable.

Functional Knowledge:

• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS modules (Finance, SCM, HRMS, Procurement).
• Ability to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

Other Requirements:

• Must be available for full-time remote work (9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday, India shift).
• Must resign from the current job to join this role. Freelancers are not eligible.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Contract Terms:

• Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extension).
• Leaves: No paid leaves, no paid holidays (all leaves will be considered loss of pay).
• Compensation: No PF deduction, direct contract-based payment.
