Job Description

The ERP Senior Developer is responsible for making development modifications to the firm’s Oracle Cloud ERP system. In this role, the ERP Senior Developer maintains knowledge across architectural tiers and acts as a technical analyst providing guidance on system functionality and database relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage the daily functions of the Oracle ERP system.
• Design and modify modules/components based on requirements.
• Provide Level IV support for Oracle Cloud ERP issues and questions.
• Support specific applications as needed.
• Facilitate project requirement meetings.
• Coach team members on best practices.
• Develop strategic solutions to resolve issues and keep the system operational.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and Finance teams to resolve issues.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Partner with developers for complex issue resolution and escalate critical issues.
• Consult with ERP managers on support needs for complex issues.
• Estimate workload and deadlines accurately.
• Lead technical aspects of large IT projects.
• Participate in support and design meetings.
• Serve as secondary after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP support and enhancements.
• 7+ years of experience with PL/SQL in SQL Server and/or Oracle environments.
• 5+ years as a technical lead on large projects.
• Experience with Oracle, Oracle Integration Cloud, VBCS, FBDI, REST, and SOAP preferred.

Certifications

• Basic certification in OCI, AWS, or Azure preferred.

Required Software Skills

• BI Publisher, HCM Data Extracts, Fast Formulas, SQL.

Additional Skills

• Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively.
• Build relationships and consensus.
• Knowledge of database optimization and Oracle Cloud HCM.

Salary Range

National: $120,000 - $145,000

Various states: $120,000 - $145,000
