We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle ERP Developer responsible for modifying and maintaining our Oracle Cloud ERP system. The role involves acting as a technical analyst, providing guidance on system functionality, and ensuring optimal database relationships and architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily functions of the Oracle ERP system
• Design and modify ERP modules based on requirements
• Provide Level IV support for ERP issues and applications
• Lead meetings to discuss project needs
• Coach team members on best practices
• Develop strategic solutions for system issues
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and Finance teams
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Act as technical lead on large IT projects
• Participate in support and design meetings
• Assist in after-hours support as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred
• 7+ years supporting Oracle Cloud ERP and developing in PL/SQL
• Experience as a technical lead on large projects
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud, VBCS, FBDI, REST, SOAP is preferred

Certifications & Skills

• Basic cloud certification (OCI, AWS, Azure) preferred
• Proficiency with BI Publisher, HCM Data Extracts, Fast Formulas, SQL
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills

Compensation

Range: $120,000 - $145,000, depending on location and experience.
