Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis.
• Extensive experience with Oracle ERP applications.
• Experience in system analysis and software programming.
• Experience using AI-enabled development tools to improve code quality and velocity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management teams to plan system enhancements for new products and processes.
• Resolve high impact problems through evaluation of business and system processes.
• Provide expertise in application programming and maintain architecture standards.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Advise and coach mid-level developers and analysts.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, policies, and Citi's ethics.
• Demonstrate leadership in project management and delivery.
