Citi is seeking an Oracle ERP Applications Development Lead Analyst (VP) in a hybrid role based in Tampa, FL. The role leads application systems analysis and programming activities, guiding teams toward strategic ERP deployments and process improvements.

The candidate has 6–10 years in apps development or systems analysis, with extensive ERP experience and strong leadership and project management skills. Bachelor's degree is required; Master's preferred.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in Apps Development or systems analysis.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming.
• Extensive experience with Oracle ERP applications.
• Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
• SME in at least one area of Applications Development.

Responsabilités

• Partner with management teams to ensure integration of functions and define necessary system enhancements.
• Resolve high impact problems through evaluation of complex business and system processes.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and align designs to architecture blueprint.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging and implementation.
• Acquire knowledge of how business areas integrate to achieve goals.
• Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Coach mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as needed.
• Assess risk and drive compliance with laws and regulations.
