Citi in Tampa, FL is seeking a senior Full-Stack & Oracle EBS On-Prem Integration Development Lead to guide applications systems analysis and programming activities in coordination with the Technology team.

You will partner with management to define enhancements, coach developers, manage risk and ensure solutions align with the architecture blueprint, delivering scalable enterprise apps using Angular, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, SQL, and Oracle PL/SQL.

Qualifications

• Senior level with 6+ years in apps development or systems analysis.
• Hands-on with full-stack development and Oracle ERP integrations.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor developers.
• Strong communication and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration projects across UI, middleware, API, and database layers.
• Collaborate with management to scope enhancements and deploy new products.
• Mentor mid-level developers and drive architectural compliance.
• Assess risk and ensure regulatory and policy adherence.
