Job summary

Grant Thornton LLP in the United States is seeking an EPM Senior Associate to deliver advisory and implementation services across client organizations within the Oracle Practice. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive solutions from planning through post-production support.

This role requires strong communication, a bachelor's degree, and at least two years of consulting experience, with travel up to 40%. Expect a hybrid work model with in-person collaboration three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, SCM, Information Technology, MIS or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level.
• Experience with a full life cycle implementation of Oracle EPM or similar applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports.
• Experience installing/configuring/implementing Oracle EPM Applications.
• Proven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projects.
• Able to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives.
• Ability to travel to various client sites as needed on short notice.
• Can travel as needed. Expected travel is up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full life cycle implementations (planning, design, and build phases).
• Document business requirements, system design and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption.
• Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment.
• Provide post-production support.
• Assist with full life cycle implementations.
• Assist teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
• Other duties as assigned.
