Job summary

Morningstar is seeking a Senior EPM Solutions Analyst to serve as a technical and functional expert for Oracle EPM. You will partner with Finance, FP&A, Controllership, and Technology to analyze requirements, implement enhancements, and provide ongoing support for EPM apps.

The role emphasizes administration, solution development, and business analysis, including automation, data integration, and workflow optimization within EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, and Narrative Reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle EPM applications.
• Experience with FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or Controllership organizations.
• Experience supporting enterprise financial planning and reporting systems.
• Deep hands-on experience with EPBCS / Planning, Free Form Planning, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EPM architecture, security, metadata, and data integrations.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support Oracle EPM Cloud applications (EPBCS, Planning, FCCS, ARCS).
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and support month-end and reporting cycles.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and automate processes.
• Design and support BSO/ASO cube structures and data load/validation routines.
• Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, and Controllership to document requirements and provide guidance.
