Job summary

Morningstar is seeking a Senior EPM Solutions Analyst to serve as a technical and functional expert supporting the Oracle EPM ecosystem. You will partner with Finance, FP&A, Controllership, and Technology teams to analyze requirements, implement enhancements, develop technical solutions, and provide ongoing support for Oracle EPM applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle EPM applications.
• Experience with FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or Controllership functions.
• Strong technical and analytical skills for Oracle EPM deployments.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support Oracle EPM Cloud apps (EPBCS, Planning, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain Groovy rules, Essbase scripts, data loads, and metadata processes.
• Support month-end, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles.
• Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, and Controllership to optimize processes.
