Morningstar, Inc. is seeking a Senior EPM Solutions Analyst to act as a technical and functional expert for Oracle EPM applications. You will partner with Finance, FP&A, Controllership, and Technology teams to analyze requirements, implement enhancements, and support EPM ecosystems.

The role emphasizes administration, solution development, and business analysis across EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, and Narrative Reporting, with a focus on automation and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle EPM applications.
• Experience working with FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or Controllership organizations.
• Experience supporting enterprise financial planning and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including EPBCS/Planning, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting.
• Monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Troubleshoot production issues, defects, and data integrity concerns.
• Support month-end, forecast, budget, reconciliation, and reporting cycles.
• Assist with upgrades, testing, and release management.
