T-Mobile is seeking a senior engineer to enhance, configure, and operate Oracle EPM and ERP Financials landscapes, including ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS, and EPRCS with ERP General Ledger integration. You will partner with US and India-based teams to deliver reliable reconciliation, consolidation, and reporting solutions.

The role requires deep technical and functional problem-solving, architecture recommendations, and leadership to strengthen financial close, data governance, and reporting capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering required.
• 7-10 years of technical engineering experience across Oracle EPM Cloud (ARCS, FCCS) and Oracle ERP Financials (General Ledger).
• Experience coordinating US-based and offshore teams preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drive engineering projects to enhance, configure, and support Oracle EPM applications and their integration with Oracle ERP General Ledger.
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring US-based and India-based engineers and influencing EPM/ERP technology decisions.
• Evaluate and apply EPM/ERP strategies that align with business goals and finance system requirements.
• Develop configurations, integrations, and automation across ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS, EPRCS, and ERP General Ledger.
• Produce clear technical documentation and architecture descriptions for internal stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
