Job summary

AT&T seeks an experienced Senior Oracle EPM Cloud Specialist to lead client discussions, implement and configure EPM solutions, and deliver insightful financial reporting. You will work across FP&A processes, ensuring integration with Oracle ERP and related systems, while translating complex concepts into practical outcomes for stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on EPM Cloud experience, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or related field.
7+ years of Oracle EPM Cloud implementation experience.
Proven expertise in EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EPCM & EDMCS.
Strong knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
GAAP/IFRS knowledge and financial statement insights.
ETL tools and data integration experience with FDMEE, ODI, Groovy.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate hands-on experience with EPM Cloud modules (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EPCM).
Lead implementation and customization for EPM solutions.
Develop allocation rules, business rules, and configurations.
Ensure seamless integration with ERP systems (Oracle Cloud ERP/ Fusion).
Utilize ETL tools and data integration techniques to manage data flows.
Design and optimize financial reports and dashboards.
