Job summary

Rivian in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting (EPB) Support Analyst to maintain and troubleshoot the EPBCS platform. You will collaborate with Finance and IT to deploy enhancements that improve planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle EPM suite, including Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
• 5+ years of EPB Cloud experience with Financials modules.
• Proficiency in data integration tools and techniques (e.g., FDMEE, Data Management, Data Exchange, Pipeline).
• Proficiency in Calculation Manager/Business Rule/Calculation scripts, Groovy Scripts, Web forms, integrations, Data Management, Performance Optimization, EPM security.
• Strong proficiency of Oracle Hyperion Essbase concepts (ASO, BSO, Calculation Scripts, Load Rules).
• Experience with data integration from ERP SAP, Workday, Databricks; validating data for integrity.
• Experience and proficiency in creating reports in Oracle Smart View and Narrative reporting.
• Support during month-end close activities and forecast/budget cycles.
• Proficient in using ticketing systems to log and monitor support tickets and communicate with users.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and participate in testing of new features.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support EPBCS applications through month-end and forecasts; respond to issues and monitor system health.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for new features; design, develop, and implement enhancements.
• Manage data loads, integrations, and ensure data quality across planning processes with ERP/HR systems.
• Monitor and optimize EPBCS performance by tuning calculations and data loads; perform regular reviews.
• Document configurations, provide end-user training, and create manuals for new features.
• Coordinate change requests and release cycles; assess impact for production deployments; communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Oracle support teams or vendors for issue resolution and automation opportunities.
• Stay updated with Oracle Cloud updates, best practices, and industry trends.
