Rivian in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting (EPB) Support Analyst to maintain and enhance the EPBCS platform for Finance and IT. You will operate across planning, budgeting, and forecasting workflows to support month-end close and forecasting cycles.

The role requires 5+ years in Oracle EPM, strong data integration and scripting skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Oracle EPM suite (Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting).
• 5+ years EPB Cloud experience with Financials modules.
• Proficient in data integration tools (FDMEE, Data Management, Data Exchange).
• Experience with Essbase concepts (ASO/BSO) and Calculation Scripts.
• Experience with ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Workday).
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day EPBCS support during month-end and forecast cycles.
• Gather requirements, design features, and customize EPBCS for business needs.
• Manage data loads and integrations with ERP/HR systems; ensure data quality.
• Tune calculations and business rules to optimize performance.
• Document configurations; train end users and create manuals.
• Manage security roles and release cycles for production deployments.
• Collaborate with Oracle support and vendors to resolve issues.
• Stay current with Oracle Cloud updates and best practices.
