Job summary

Tap Growth ai seeks an experienced Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting (EPB) Support Analyst to maintain and optimize EPBCS within our Finance organization in Atlanta, GA. You will work with IT and Finance to support planning and forecasting processes and ensure system health.

The role demands strong technical EPBCS skills, data integration know-how, and excellent communication to guide users and coordinate changes. This is a full-time, on-site position reporting to the EPM Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Oracle EPM suite, including Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting.
• EPB Cloud experience with Financials modules (Expenses, Revenue, Capex, Workforce, Projects).
• Experience with data integration tools and techniques (FDMEE, Data Management, Data Exchange).
• Proficiency in Calculation Manager, Business Rules, Script languages, and Load Rules.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Essbase concepts (ASO/BSO).
• Experience integrating with ERP SAP, Workday, or similar systems.
• Experience with reporting using Smart View and Financial/Narrative reporting.
• Excellent communication and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support EPBCS applications during month-end and forecast cycles.
• Gather requirements, design enhancements, and implement EPBCS changes.
• Oversee data loads and integrations with ERP/HR systems for accuracy.
• Monitor and optimize EPBCS performance and tune calculations.
• Document configurations and create end-user training materials.
• Manage security roles, permissions, and compliance within EPBCS.
• Coordinate change requests and release cycles for production deployments.
• Collaborate with Oracle support teams and vendors for issue resolution.
• Stay current with Oracle Cloud updates and best practices.
