Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems seeks an Oracle EPM EPBCS Consultant in Charlotte, NC, offering hybrid work arrangements. You will design, implement, and support EPBCS solutions, collaborating with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to enable budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.

The role requires hands-on EPBCS/PBCS experience, knowledge of Calc Manager and Groovy scripting, and proficiency with Data Management, EPM Automate, and Smart View.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS / PBCS (Cloud EPM Planning).
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Experience in supporting FPA or corporate finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle EPBCS modules such as Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects, and Strategic Modeling.
• Develop business rules, calculation scripts, data maps, data forms, and dashboards.
• Configure dimensions, metadata, security, and integration points within EPBCS.
• Manage data flows between EPBCS, ERP systems, and other data sources using tools like Data Management (FDMEE) and EPM Automate.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Oracle Smart View and EPM Reports.
• Administer user access, roles, and application maintenance activities.
• Partner with Finance teams to translate business requirements into EPM solutions.
