Job summary

Sibitalent Corp is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant to support and optimize the EPBCS planning and budgeting environment. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Finance and IT to deploy solutions that improve forecasting and planning processes.

Based in Atlanta, GA, the candidate will manage data loads, performance tuning, and security configurations, while delivering end-user training and detailed documentation. 6-month assignment with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle EPM suite including Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting.
• 5+ years of EPB Cloud experience with Financials modules.
• Proficiency with data integration tools like FDMEE, Data Management, Data Exchange, Pipeline.
• Experience with Calculation Manager, Business Rules, and scripting (Groovy).
• Experience with Essbase concepts (ASO/BSO).
• Familiarity with data integration from ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Workday).
• Experience creating reports in Oracle Smart View and Financial/Narrative reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support EPBCS applications during month-end and forecast cycles.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for features and enhancements.
• Manage data loads, integrations, and ensure data quality across planning processes.
• Optimize EPBCS performance by tuning calculations and rules.
• Document configurations and provide end-user training and manuals.
• Ensure data confidentiality via security roles and controls.
• Coordinate changes and release cycles for EPBCS deployments.
• Collaborate with Oracle support or vendors for issue resolution.
• Stay updated with Oracle Cloud updates and best practices.
