Job summary

Integrity seeks a hands-on Senior Manager to own the Oracle EPM Cloud landscape, spanning EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, and EDMCS. You will direct architecture, IT/finance alignment, and integrations while leading both a managed service team and concurrent implementation workstreams.

You will partner with FP&A and Accounting leadership to translate business requirements into scalable EPM solutions, driving roadmap delivery from Dallas.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Finance Systems or IT with at least 4+ years in a hands-on Oracle EPM architect or lead role.
• Hands-on experience building, configuring, and supporting EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, and EDMCS.
• Experience managing MSPs or outsourced teams against SLAs.
• Proven track record running multiple concurrent EPM projects with managed services.
• Strong scripting and data integration skills across EPM tools and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture across EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, and EDMCS.
• Design and build EPM Cloud configurations, rules, and dashboards directly.
• Maintain integrations between EDMCS and downstream applications.
• Define multi-year technology roadmap for the EPM platform.
• Coordinate MSP and internal teams, and manage the service backlog.
• Partner with FP&A and Accounting leadership to translate requirements into platform enhancements.
