Job summary

Humangrow is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Lead to own Oracle Cloud EPM solutions for planning, consolidation, reconciliation, and reporting. The role combines hands-on EPM work with functional leadership and close collaboration with Finance and senior stakeholders.

You will optimize financial processes, ensure reliable integrations, high data quality, and ongoing management of the EPM environment. Strong communication and governance focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud experience.
• Experience with FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, and EDM.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage EPM application structures, metadata, business rules, models, and workflows.
• Lead Oracle Cloud EPM implementations across FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, and EDM.
• Oversee integrations between Oracle EPM and ERP/financial systems.
• Translate planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting needs into EPM solutions.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and application update/patch validation.
• Maintain testing and change documentation for governance and audit.
• Ensure accurate ERP actuals integration into planning/reporting processes.
• Monitor and improve financial data quality across EPM apps.
• Support data transitions during acquisitions and related validation.
• Identify opportunities to improve EPM functionality and reporting.
• Serve as a senior EPM resource for business and technology stakeholders.

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Lead to take ownership of Oracle Cloud EPM solutions supporting enterprise financial planning, consolidation, reconciliation, and reporting.

This position combines hands-on EPM expertise with functional leadership and close collaboration with Finance and senior business stakeholders. The successful candidate will help optimize financial processes while ensuring reliable integrations, high-quality data, and effective ongoing management of the EPM environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage EPM application structures, metadata, business rules, models, and workflows.
• Lead Oracle Cloud EPM implementations across FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, and EDM.
• Oversee integrations between Oracle EPM and ERP/financial systems.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to translate planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting needs into effective EPM solutions.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and application update/patch validation.
• Maintain appropriate testing and change documentation to support governance and audit requirements.
• Ensure accurate integration of ERP actuals into planning and reporting processes.
• Monitor and improve financial data quality across EPM applications.
• Support financial systems integration activities associated with acquisitions, including data transition and validation.
• Identify opportunities to improve EPM functionality, processes, and reporting capabilities.
• Serve as a senior EPM resource for business and technology stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• 8-10 years of hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud experience, including implementation, configuration, and administration.
• Strong experience with FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, and/or EDM.
• Proven experience leading Oracle EPM or related enterprise financial systems implementations.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
• Experience integrating EPM with ERP and other enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and accounting principles.
• Experience with financial systems integration related to acquisitions is highly valuable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CPA, advanced degree, or relevant Oracle certifications are considered an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Must be able to work full-time on-site in Colorado. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
