Job summary

Airbnb, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support Oracle Hyperion/EPM planning and AI-enabled finance workflows. You will model forecasts, automate processes, and integrate EPM with data warehouses and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Oracle Hyperion/EPM experience.
• 3+ years in FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, or Tax.
• Hands-on AI automation and AI agent development experience.

Responsibilities

• Support design, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle EPM Planning modules (Financials, Workforce, Capital, etc).
• Develop and maintain business rules and calc scripts; Groovy scripting for modeling.
• Integrate data flows with AWS warehouse, Oracle ERP Cloud, and Workday; use Data Management, EPM Automate.
• Assist with monthly patch cycle, regression testing, and impact analysis of new features.
• Automate FP&A processes to reduce cycle time and improve accuracy.
• Build and maintain EPM Reports; support Smart View ad-hoc analysis.
• Support monthly forecast cycle and liaise with Oracle support when needed.
• Design and deploy AI agents and automated workflows for FP&A processes.
