Job summary

LaSalle Network is partnering with our client to hire a Senior Oracle EPM Analyst in Chicago, IL for a direct hire opportunity. This role sits within Finance and owns the EPM roadmap while driving automation initiatives across the organization, including AI enablement.

You’ll collaborate with FP&A and finance stakeholders, delivering scalable planning solutions and high-visibility impact. The candidate should bring 5+ years of EPM administration experience and deep Oracle EPM expertise to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on EPM administration and application ownership experience.
• Deep proficiency with Oracle EPM tools including PBCS and PCM.
• Experience with FCCS and ARCS; willing to support additional modules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer Oracle EPM applications (PBCS, PCM) as the hands-on owner.
• Drive the EPM roadmap and deliver automation initiatives, including AI enablement.
• Partner with Corporate FP&A and business unit FP&A to support planning needs and enhancements.
• Lead EPM process improvements by identifying opportunities and executing platform enhancements.
• Support and expand EPM toolset (FCCS/ARCS) and participate in implementations.
