Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support Oracle EPM Planning systems and to bring AI automation into Finance workflows. You will model forecasts, integrate with data warehouses, and build AI-enabled solutions in collaboration with the BizTech team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Oracle Hyperion/EPM experience (min 2 years in EPM Cloud).
• 3+ years FP&A/Finance support experience with strong financial literacy.
• Hands-on AI automation and AI agents experience required.
• Proficiency in SQL for validation and ad-hoc analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support design, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle EPM Planning modules.
• Develop and maintain calc scripts and business rules with Groovy scripting.
• Integrate data from AWS data warehouse, Oracle ERP Cloud, and Workday.
• Assist with monthly patch cycles, regression testing, and impact analysis.
