Job summary

American IT Systems seeks a Sr IT Project Manager with Oracle EBS expertise. The role focuses on leading end-to-end Oracle EBS upgrade projects from planning through hypercare, coordinating multi-team efforts across onshore and offshore resources, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

The candidate will manage integrated plans, governance, risk, and stakeholder communications, with strong experience in ERP upgrades and PM tools.

Qualifications

10+ years IT project or program management experience in enterprise settings.
Hands-on leadership of Oracle EBS upgrade projects and full cycles.
Experience managing multi-workstream ERP upgrade initiatives with dependencies.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS upgrade lifecycle (planning, design, build, testing, deployment, hypercare, closure).
Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, resources, budget, and delivery schedule.
Governance, status reporting, escalation handling, RAID management.
Coordinate Oracle EBS apps, databases, infra, integrations, security, and vendors.
Oversee testing governance (SIT, regression, performance, UAT) and defect management.
Create cutover plans and post-go-live stabilization activities.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and executive reporting.
