Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a complex Oracle EBS upgrade in Pittsburgh, PA, with hybrid work. You will drive end-to-end lifecycle, manage budgets, schedules and vendor coordination, and collaborate with senior leaders across IT and business units.

The role requires 10+ years in IT project management, including at least two full lifecycle Oracle EBS upgrades, with strong governance and risk management abilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project/program management experience.
• 5+ years leading Oracle EBS upgrades or transformations.
• Experience managing multi-workstream ERP upgrade programs.
• Strong executive communication and vendor management skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS upgrade lifecycle from planning to production.
• Develop upgrade strategy, roadmap, milestones and integrated schedule.
• Coordinate across applications, infrastructure, security, and vendors.
• Manage RAID, change control, testing governance, and go-live readiness.
• Provide executive reporting and drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
