Authority Partners is seeking an Oracle EBS Application Senior Support Consultant (L2) in Houston to lead a support team and deliver advanced functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite. The role emphasizes prioritizing tickets, coordinating tasks, and ensuring timely resolutions across cross-module issues.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of Oracle EBS experience, in-depth knowledge of EBS Finance modules, ERP architecture insight, and strong communication skills to liaise with

• 7+ years of experience supporting Oracle EBS R12 with leadership exposure.
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, CM, FA, iExpenses, iSupplier Portal), Oracle Projects, and AME.
• Strong understanding of ERP architecture, application structure, and core business processes.
• Proven ability to manage a support team and drive service outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with business users.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and mentor L1/L2 Support Analysts, setting priorities and reviewing work quality.
• Conduct regular team check-ins and coach on issue resolution and documentation standards.
• Communicate with End-Users to investigate issues and provide updates on ticket status.
• Review escalation-ready tickets and coordinate with L3 engineers for complex issues.
• Own weekly/monthly reporting on ticket volumes, resolutions, and aging items.
• Review, investigate, and resolve L2 tickets, incidents, and service requests for Oracle EBS.
