Authority Partners is seeking an Oracle EBS Application Support Consultant (L1) to provide day-to-day first-level functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite.

You will handle tickets, perform initial troubleshooting, assist end users, and document and escalate issues as needed to maintain ERP operations and timely resolutions.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience supporting Oracle EBS R12.
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, CM, FA, iExpenses, iSupplier Portal) and Oracle Projects.
• Understanding of Oracle ERP architecture and core business processes.
• Strong end-user communication skills, written and verbal.
• Hands-on SQL for data investigation and ticket resolution.
• Experience with Oracle BI Publisher for reports.

Oracle EBS Application Support Consultant (L1) is responsible for providing day-to-day first-level functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications. The role involves handling incoming support tickets, performing initial troubleshooting, assisting end users, and ensuring that issues are properly documented, prioritized, and resolved or escalated to the appropriate support team. The consultant works closely with business departments and other support team members to maintain smooth ERP operations and ensure timely resolution of support requests. The ideal candidate has a good understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, application functionality, and business processes, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communication

• Communicate directly with End-User, when needed, to investigate functional and technical issues, clarify business requirements, and provide regular updates on tickets status and resolution progress.

KPIs & Reporting

• Identify recurring issue patterns and drive root-cause analysis or process improvement initiatives

Hands-On Support

• Actively handle, investigate, and resolve L1 support tickets related to Oracle EBS applications.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• 3+ years of experience supporting Oracle EBS R12
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, CM, FA, iExpenses, iSupplier Portal), Oracle Projects, and AME.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of Oracle ERP architecture, application structure, and core business process
• Strong end user-facing communication skills — written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical issues for business audiences
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data investigation and ticket resolution support
• Experience with Oracle BI Publisher, including creating, modifying, and troubleshooting reports.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field — or equivalent experience
