Job summary

SMX is seeking an accomplished Senior Business Analyst to collect, document, and analyze business requirements and configure Oracle E-Business Suite solutions. You will gather requirements, design and implement system solutions, provide functional support, test, and collaborate with teams to improve efficiency.

Ideal candidates have deep Oracle EBS experience (Finance, Procurement), LOA awareness, and strong communication skills. A 10+ year background and security clearances are highly valued.

• Experience gathering requirements for Oracle EBS configurations and features.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Strong testing, UAT, and documentation capabilities.
• Clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Active security clearance or eligibility with sponsor.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for Oracle EBS configurations.
• Design functional specifications and system solutions using EBS.
• Configure Oracle EBS modules to meet business needs and projects.
• Create test plans, scripts, and execute functional testing/UAT.
• Provide ongoing end-user support and coordinate issue resolutions.
• Bridge business units and technical teams to ensure integration.
• Analyze processes and identify Oracle EBS improvement opportunities.
• Develop system/user documentation and deliver training.
