Job summary

Version 1, a leading Oracle partner in the UK & Ireland, seeks a Senior Oracle E-Business Suite SCM Functional Consultant to lead SCM workstreams across implementation, upgrade and optimisation projects. You will engage with senior stakeholders, design and configure EBS SCM modules such as BOM, Inventory, Purchasing and Order Management, and mentor junior consultants.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Oracle EBS SCM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of discrete manufacturing processes and Oracle Manufacturing capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with BOM, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering.
• Experience delivering full project lifecycles using AIM and/or OUM methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Experience working directly with senior business leaders, programme sponsors, and IT executives.
• Strong workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and solution design experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EBS SCM workstreams across implementation, upgrade, and optimisation projects.
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and document business requirements.
• Design and configure Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain solutions.
• Deliver functional analysis, testing, training, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Create and maintain business process maps and solution documentation.
• Advise clients on best-practice processes and drive business transformation initiatives.
• Support project planning, risk management, and change management activities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer across project teams.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex functional and system challenges.
