Regal Rexnord is seeking a highly experienced Oracle SCM Functional Architect to lead end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives across Oracle SCM EBS, with a strong emphasis on Warehouse Management. You will act as a trusted advisor and domain expert, driving architecture, design, and delivery across multiple workstreams.

• 10+ years of Oracle EBS experience implementing and supporting WMS functionalities.
• Strong leadership in managing large-scale transformation programs.
• Excellent English communication skills and customer-facing roles.
