Job summary

Birlasoft, a global technology leader, seeks an Oracle EBS Supply Chain Practitioner / Solution Architect based in Columbus, US. The Senior leader will define strategy, architecture, and execution for Oracle EBS supply chain transformations across multinational clients.

The role entails driving end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and deployments across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and related modules, while mentoring teams and aligning with business stakeholders on roadmap and modernization

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain.
• Proven expertise in Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Experience integrating Oracle EBS with Fusion, ERP, WMS, MES.
• Strong architecture, governance and stakeholder management.
• Cloud transformation and enterprise modernization experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EBS Supply Chain implementations, upgrades, rollouts and transformation programs.
• Provide solution architecture across Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping, Sourcing, iProcurement, ASCP and Manufacturing modules.
• Engage with business stakeholders to define roadmap, process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive fit-gap workshops, solution design, governance and program delivery.
• Lead global teams of functional consultants and coordinate with technical, integration and data migration teams.
• Support presales, estimation, proposals and executive presentations.
• Ensure compliance, risk management and best practices.
