Job summary

Birlasoft, a global technology leader, seeks an Oracle EBS Supply Chain Practitioner / Solution Architect based in Columbus, US. The Senior leader will define strategy, architecture, and execution for Oracle EBS supply chain transformations across multinational clients.

The role entails driving end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and deployments across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and related modules, while mentoring teams and aligning with business stakeholders on roadmap and modernization

Qualifications

Extensive experience in Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain.
Proven expertise in Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes.
Experience integrating Oracle EBS with Fusion, ERP, WMS, MES.
Strong architecture, governance and stakeholder management.
Cloud transformation and enterprise modernization experience.

Responsibilities

Lead Oracle EBS Supply Chain implementations, upgrades, rollouts and transformation programs.
Provide solution architecture across Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping, Sourcing, iProcurement, ASCP and Manufacturing modules.
Engage with business stakeholders to define roadmap, process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
Drive fit-gap workshops, solution design, governance and program delivery.
Lead global teams of functional consultants and coordinate with technical, integration and data migration teams.
Support presales, estimation, proposals and executive presentations.
Ensure compliance, risk management and best practices.
