VBeyond Corporation seeks an Oracle EBS Supply Chain Practitioner / Solution Architect to lead global implementations and transformations. This senior role focuses on strategy, architecture, and program delivery across multiple EBS modules, driving cloud modernization and governance.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years of experience, strong stakeholder skills, and a track record in complex ERP projects, with onsite work in Columbus, IN.

Qualifications

• Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain expertise.
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) knowledge.
• Integration with Oracle Fusion, ERP, WMS, MES, and third-party systems.
• Strong architecture, stakeholder management, and consulting capabilities.
• Cloud transformation and enterprise application modernization experience.
• Strategic planning and roadmap definition.
• Mentoring and capability development.
• Delivery governance and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EBS Supply Chain implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and transformation programs.
• Provide solution architecture across Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping, Sourcing, Procurement, ASCP, and Manufacturing modules.
• Engage with business stakeholders to define roadmaps and digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive fit-gap workshops, solution design, governance, and program delivery.
• Lead global teams of functional consultants and coordinate with technical, integration, and data migration teams.
• Support presales, estimation, proposals, and executive presentations.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and adherence to best practices.
